About UDS, LLC
My highest priority is the success of your project, applying my skills and experience to create value for you. I offer 20+ years of experience across the real estate spectrum, spanning financial analysis, environmental assessment and reclamation, sustainable design and construction coordination, and long-term asset management. I’ve worked in the private, public, and non-profit sectors.
I apply my diverse background to help transition land to its highest and best use, revitalizing and enlivening communities. However, building thriving communities requires more than just land, funding, and physical improvements. Cultivating and sustaining an engaged civic culture is also imperative. I believe in giving back locally through volunteering, participating in the political process, and supporting local businesses. I'm a "mom/pop" landlord and an active participant and member of the Colorado Housing Coalition, University Park Community Council, and the CO NAHRO Community Development and Revitalization Committee.
